Horace W. Porter School is located in the picturesque town of Columbia, Connecticut.  Porter School proudly serves 554 Prekindergarten through Grade Eight students.

Columbia's 240 high school students have the choice of four public high schools in the towns of Windham, Bolton and Lebanon.

Porter School offers a strong, integrated liberal arts curriculum in the areas of Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Visual Arts, Physical Education and Health, Music, Technology Education, Library Science and Foreign Language.
