Philosophy:

Expose students in various technology appropriate activities to enhance their skills in typing, coding, robotics and Legos. Students will immerse themselves into the program by being an active participant.

Technology is offered to students in grades K-8. Students in grades K-5 will visit the tech room 5 times a week for a whole trimester. During this time students will use their iPads (K-1) or Chromebooks (3-5) to complete various activities including coding, typing, Breakout EDU, and STEM Lego kits. Students in grades 6-8 will have an option to take technology. These students will be working on a Lego kit called Spike. Students will need to code the Lego robots using an iPad to get their creation to work.
